What is Web Design India all About?

Web design India basically refers to those companies providing web designing, web development and SEO services, with their centers located in India from where they operate. Outsourcing work to these companies is really beneficial as in terms of money and time. You can get your work done quicker and within a lesser time period. These web design companies also provide e-commerce solutions to many website owners who are looking at the web design from that perspective. As already mentioned above, it’s actually critical for any web designing company to thoroughly understand the type of CSS layout for your website and utilize it to squeeze in maximum output, integrating CSS with SEO.

These days, all the web designing is being done using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). If you are new to this term CSS then the first question that will rise is - what difference will it make to my web design layout? CSS is more like presenting the information in a format by assembling and putting all the products in the right format rather than using tables which are very common and do not attract much customers or users.

In a layman’s language CSS is the foundation of formatting and layout guidelines for any website. It’s a hidden master (visible only to search engines) that controls the entire layout of your web pages, both in terms of a customer and a search engine. Typically a search engine associates a keyword either by knowing the importance of it through density (not a good thing to do as it may lead to black listing of any site, if done in excess), or if those words have been highlighted in some ways. The old fashioned way of doing this was using bold and underlines. But too much would have irritated a viewer as well as the search engine. A CSS file defines those words in such a way that the search engine through defined tags know that these are the keywords; and the customer has no clues about it too!

CSS also helps in eradicating repetitive tags which were being used some time back (definitely affects a site ranking!). Certain styles of text (formatting like font color, alignment and type) can be pre-defined using commands in a CSS file. Those commands can be ‘called’ in a web page and repetitive tags avoided while designing a web page. Thus a web designing company has to do thorough analysis to find out how to tweak CSS files to get most of SEO for a particular website.

Viewers searching for info on the internet can easily be found using handheld services. For such devices, an extra CSS document can be included which can replace the regular ones. Web design India also uses or rather functions on CSS design layout to make web pages.

It has been proven that CSS based web pages can be retrieved quicker as compared to the table layout. It is considered to be a more user friendly web design layout. So, do not forget to hire the services of a SEO expert to increase your chances on getting more noticed on the search engines. Web design India consultants and SEO specialists are apt for small as well as moderate businesses that are looking for reasonable and efficient services. There are a number of companies which come under this particular category.

So, choose your web design company as per your demand and requirement.

Tax Saving Mutual Funds in India

Prior to opting for a tax saving mutual fund, it is important that the investor consider certain important factors such as performance, investment style, expenses (entry load & exit load) and other critical parameters. This is done to ensure that the investor will start treating the fund at par with regular diversified equity fund which could lead to improper asset allocation. Despite of the current financial crisis that the market is going through, investors are advised to invest in funds where the underlying assets are mainly equity funds. If you invest in a rising market, the more risk you are willing to take will get you more returns. It means if you have more equity funds in your investment portfolio or if you invest in more aggressive Mutual Fund, you are bound to make money compared to a moderate investor.

The prime criteria that an investor will have to consider prior to opting for a tax saving mutual fund will be the performance of that particular fund in the recent past. Performance is critical parameter, through which a fund must re-deem itself before it could be considered to for investing. Practically all equity linked investments are considered with a 3-5 year period investment horizon. While evaluating the performance of a fund importance on premium on consistency across market phases is to be kept. Opting for tax-saving funds that have put in a reasonable show during the upturns and downturns of the market consistently during the last 5 years (approximately) is a good idea. Volatility and return along with proper investment planning is another important aspect of a mutual fund. Usually it is a fund manager, who determines the performance of a fund in the market. Good returns on Mutual Fund NAV’s (net asset values) can be achieved by pursuing an aggressive investment strategy. Investing in tax-saving funds that have rewarded investors more per unit of risk taken by them is suggested. Managing other costs and expenses like a fund manager’s salary, marketing/advertising costs, administering costs is to be maintained. The cost of investing in a mutual fund is measured by the expense ratio. The ratio represents the percentage of the fund's assets that go purely towards the cost of running the fund.

According to SEBI (securities & exchange board India), taxes that are implied on your annual salary will be exempted if you invest in tax saving mutual funds. Moreover the returns that you earn aren’t taxable. Tax Saving Mutual Funds in India generally maintain the following rules while granting tax benefits on their schemes:
1) Any special tax benefits for the mutual fund company and its shareholders (only section numbers of the Income Tax Act and their substance should be mentioned, without reproducing the text of the sections).
2) Tax benefits are to be declared under the column of "objects of the offering".

Some excellent tax saving mutual funds in India are:
a) SBI Mutual Funds
b) Prudential ICICI
c) Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund India
d) Standard Chartered Mutual fund India
e) Bajaj Capital

As stock markets turn more volatile, and the choice of funds increases, it will become pertinent to make the right investment decision to start with. Going forward and opting to invest in a fund that not only provides you tax relief but also good returns is advisable.

How Religious is our Religion

India is known for its cultural diversity! Land which has given birth to great religions and borne abundant leaders. Be it Buddha, Mahavira or Guru Gobind Singh, they all have come out of the womb, called India. Though India is considered to be a multi cultured land, however the major population of the country follow Hinduism. Islam, Sikhism and Buddhism too are an important pillars of the country.
India is home to around one and a half billion people, with nearly 82% of Hindus, 12% of Muslims, 3% of Christians and the rest is distributed between Sikhism, Buddhism, and Jainism.

While discuss any topic, religion is supposed to be the most sensitive issue to discuss in public. People are hesitant to pass their unbiased opinion on any religion. They have been the cause of riots and fights. Whether it is the demolition or terrorist attack, all these acts are committed on the name on religion. India has become such a vulnerable country that here the people are ready to indulge into any kind of criminal activity on petty issues.
On the pretext of religion people are ready to kill each other. It take very little time for a trivial difference of opinion to take shape of a mob. Nobody realizes the fact that we are an Indian first and a Hindu, Muslim or Sikh later. People are ready to fight and die for the religion but does anyone know their religion, in the very first place. Brotherhood and humanity is perhaps the first teaching of every religion. Respect every religion is taught to be a virtue, but it is us ourselves that humiliate each other. By killing others we do cannot make God happy, its actually the other way round.

India is a land of cultural tolerance but this fact is perhaps grandiloquent. India is boasted of being a secular country but there is an inhibition lying there in the hearts. No doubt live together in the same apartment or in the same locality, but there are some for whom peace is a picayune and they act as threat to humanity.
India still has a long way to go. It is important to realize that there are better reasons to fight for. Terrorism, global warming, illiteracy, poverty and population explosion are some of the issues that demand more attention. Until and unless the importance of oneness and unity is realized no one can curb the problems that is causing our country to be called as 'developed nation' and not the stereotype 'Developing country'.

Ancient Yoga Practices From India

Yoga is a group of ancient spiritual practices originating in India. It has been defined as referring to "technologies or disciplines of asceticism and meditation which are thought to lead to spiritual experience and profound understanding or insight into the nature of existence." Yoga is intimately connected to the religious beliefs and practices of several Indian religions.

Ascetic practices (tapas) are referenced in the Brahmanas early (900 BCE and 500 BCE) commentaries on the Vedas. In the Upanishads, an early reference to meditation is made in Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, one of the earliest Upanishads (approx. 900 BCE). The main textual sources for the evolving concept of Yoga are the middle Upanishads (ca. 400 BCE), the Mahabharata (5th c. BCE) including the Bhagavad Gita (ca. 200 BCE), and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (200 BCE-300 CE).

Yoga is a 5000 year old science whose teachings were first imparted not in a classroom or Gurukul, but on the battlefield. In the epic Mahabharata, Lord Krishna is first said to have imparted the teachings of Yoga to his despondent student Arjuna. Around 1500 years later, another sage, Patanjali, went on to enunciate, for the benefit of humankind and eternity, the way to reach the 'summom bonum' of life through a series of 195 aphorisms (sutras) in his epic treatise The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

Bhakti yoga is the foremost of all. It denotes the spiritual practice of fostering loving devotion to God, called bhakti. Traditionally there are nine forms of bhakti-yoga. Bhakti yoga is generally considered the easiest of the four general paths to liberation, or moksha (the others being Karma, Raja and Jnana Yoga), and especially so within the current age of Kali yuga (according to the Hindu cycle of time). In scriptures such as the Bhagavata Purana, bhakti is described as a perfectional stage in itself, which surpasses even moksha as a level of spiritual realisation.

Regarding physical yoga practices as done today, people are reporting frequently their wonderful experiences, their transformation of being, and their experience of being taken beyond the here and now. In one wonderful session of Yoga, people get to practice a number of things -- some Yoga poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and chanting. In Yoga you get to learn basic terms like Mudras, Bandhas and Chakras. Best of all, Yoga is fun and relaxing while, at the same time, being delectably challenging to beginners. The intermediate and advanced students, who insist on continuing their practices, get more and more of the taste of this great 5000+ year old way of life. Yoga is beneficial for the body, mind and spirit.
